Due to the nature of the product we sell, we are not able to accept any returns. Our DNA testing kits are considered medical or personal-use products, and for health, safety, and data protection reasons, we cannot process returns once a kit has been dispatched or opened. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Team on 01603 358169 and we will endeavour to help in any way we can.
Should you cancel your order before dispatch, a £35 cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers administrative costs and services already provided at the point of cancellation. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order.
We understand that ordering a DNA test can be a significant decision. That’s why we are committed to providing clear policies and excellent support. If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty kit, please notify us immediately and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds may be considered in specific situations where the kit has not yet been dispatched or if a dispatch error occurred on our part. Please be aware that once the sample collection process has begun, we are unable to issue any refunds due to the sensitive and non-resalable nature of the product.
If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 5–7 working days to the original method of payment. We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, we advise contacting your bank or payment provider directly. Should there still be an issue, our team will be happy to assist you further.
