After You Buy a DNA Test

• Read the enclosed instructions and watch the DVD
• Read our checklist and call AssureDNA (01603 507767) before sending in your test. We need to ensure that this test is right for you and that it is in the best interests of the child
• Send your mouthswab samples, completed consent form and photocopies of relevant ID documents

Pay Laboratory Fee

• Credit or Debit Card by Phone. All major credit and debit cards accepted. Call 01603 507767*, calls charged at the standard local rate, calls from a mobile may be more.
• Postal Order
• Cheques made payable to “Anglia DNA Services Ltd”
• Please do not send cash. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post.
